Terms and Conditions

  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 

 

  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 

 

  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis. 

 

  • It is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of cancellation of flight / train / bus tickets booked by the Clients; either through the Company or on his/her own or through a third party; the Company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients.

 

  • HEALTH & SAFETY The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client or any person traveling for: Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss , delay , discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused

 

  • Any claim or complaint by the Client must be notified to the Company in writing within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this Company beyond this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof

 

  • INSURANCE The tour cost does not include the costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients get insurance cover at their own costs. However, please note that the Client has to deal directly with the insurance providing company in case of settlement of any claims whatsoever
Remarks
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card.  

 

  • 15th December to 06th January & 15th April To 15th July Is High Peak Season Time and Rates Increases, 

 

 

  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange (ROE), transport rates etc.

 

  • In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

 

  • Service taxes are added as per government rules in the final price before final payment. Goods & Services Tax.

 

  • Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)

 

  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

 

  • Room Heater charge will be extra directly payable at the hotel. 

 

  • Hotel room will be given as per hotel’s standard check-in time only, any early check-in or late check-out charges will be borne by customer direct payment basis

 

  • The menu of breakfast is standard / fixed and anything ordered extra shall be chargeable as per the regular rates.

 

  • The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress.AC will not work in Hill Stations.  Token amount is non-refundable.

Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

 

  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

 

  • In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms will be provided similarly. In case guests demand higher category rooms, guests will pay the difference amount directly.
